Long term use at this dosage requires recommendation and supervision by a health care professional. Individual results will vary using melatonin and sometimes taking less is better.
Q: Can I become addicted to Melatonin?
A: Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally produced in our body. It is 100% drug free and non-habit forming.
Q: Can Relax+ Ultimate Calm, Day Calm and Night Calm be taken together?
A: Yes, all three products can be taken within the same day. If you want to use the Ultimate Calm during the day, then later in the day you can take the Day Calm Gummies or vice versa.
